Richard Lee Hoag Jr.

LEBANON, Tenn. Richard 'Rick' Lee Hoag Jr., age 70, of Lebanon, TN died Aug. 18, 2022. Rick was born in Sidney, NY. He was the son of the late, Richard 'Duke' Lee Hoag and Lenora (Frank) Christian Dalrymple.

He was a graduate of New Berlin Central School and earned an Associate degree from SUNY Delhi. Rick was retired from Otsego County Highway Department. He enjoyed motorcycles and working on cars, but more than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Doris 'Dori' Brooks Hoag; children, John Hoag, Jennifer (Paul) McKnight, Rebecca (Joseph) Baco, and Ryan ( Melissa) Hoag; sister, Deb (Rich) Hayner; grandchildren, Reed Hoag, Kayla Hoag, Olivia Baco, Katelyn Baco, Emily Baco, Reagan Hoag, Riley Hoag, Leland McKnight and Hazel McKnight.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022 at Bond Memorial Chapel, N. Mt. Juliet Road and Weston Drive, Mt Juliet , TN. www.bondmemorial.com In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avalon Hospice, Lebanon, TN.
